George changed the workout while I was in the bathroom. Thought the second rep was a 1600 so went to the back of the pack trying to set up a 5:30-5:32, and then it was an 800 so that was... comfortable?
Last three were sharp, through in 80s and then 78s, 77s, 76s. 200s relaxed. Good group, Joe, Chris, Mark, Vicente.
