Easy run today with some strides, a mile pickup, and some more strides:
4x20sec strides @ 5K effort
1 mile: 5:41
8x20sec strides @ 5k effort
Breathing was a bit strained at the start of this and throughout the mile pickup. Really started to relax during the strides and felt very smooth from 6-8.
