Kept recovery to 90s, kept it honest, around 7:15 pace
Added a few strides after a quick cooldown.
15-20mph headwind going out/tailwind coming back. Warmup felt good so rolled right into this after a few strides.
Overall felt good. L. achilles was a bit tight from the night before.
