Felt just trashed today. The humidity and heat yesterday (90F) really jacked with me. Even today it is already warmer out. Today and tomorrow will be mid-90s.
On my run this morning I was trying to remember as many college races as I could. Man, why does it hurt so bad to think back to that sometimes? It does. I wish I could do all of it over again. And run somewhere other than AU, with different people. I wish my entire experience had been different.
