First track workout of the year and had no idea what to expect. Haven't done anything like this since 2014!
800m warm up.
5*400. Goal was, based on Balloonfest time, just to get under 100 seconds each interval.
Average was about 1:32.9 (6:11 pace).
There is a LONG way to go. All said could have pushed harder, but getting used to even pushing it at all.
