Notes

Warm up: one lap around track, wolf pack style (or Indian runs, or Elizabeth Warrens). Then a series of stretches and calisthenics to loosen up.

Burping Annies: We played MJ's "Smooth Criminal" and did a burpee every time the king of pop said "Annie" It was a lot of burpees. Probably too many. May the song play in your ears all day.

Pull-up/Push Up Interruptus. Started at one pull up and one push up, building to 10. At 5 it became bright enough that we recognized we were executing pull ups over a nice gentleman who was attempting slumber. We've come across someone sleeping twice now in our group workouts. So we have a little tradition going. So as not to interrupt the gentleman's sleep, we stopped at 5 and moved on to next workout. We're pretty sure Haglund paid an uncle to be there.

Partner MOSS: One partner exercises, other partner runs stadiums until partner 1 has completed exercise. 4 rounds. First round, 100 Merkins (push ups). Round 2: 100 Outlaws (make circles with feet from sit up position). Round 3: 200 Squats, audible to 100 squats. Round four: Sit ups. 100, audible to 50.

group then commented on loveliness of weather, approaching storm. Departed.
