Timed with sportcount and took a few secs to hit Garmin afterwards. Felt great! Pretty sure I closed in something like 72. Did roll out the Endorphin Pros today which were super smooth but a bit much shoe for a mile.
No doubt I will go 4:40s on a track sometime relatively soon if I can ever hop in anything.
Also need to crush my Smith PR (which was just part of a college workout) of 4:51.
