Goal was to do 4*800 but I started getting a stomach cramp midway through.
Really was much faster on pace than I expected. I was wanting to go current 5k pace, which is probably closer to 3:20. Would be nice to think my current 5k pace is 6:18/mi but I doubt that is true. But I could see it being a goal pace for sure. Would be good for something like 19:30 over 5k. Eh, maybe I am not that far off. Probably need to lose a solid ten pounds before that is truly reality.
