Notes

Felt pretty OK by myself out there today. Went out and did bridge and right.

It is still nice to think that this is the route I used to do when I wanted to go really big for the day. And now it is jus "meh."

I was a bit tired from the race, though. Walked it in once I got to campus because my right knee and left hip were both aching quite a bit the last few minutes of the run. But overall a good day.
