Pretty much 18 min on the dot for 3 mi threshold this morning.
Initially thought fuck it, I am going to try and TT a 5k this morning.
Hell no! I need to get used to the feel of the treadmill I guess, but anything under 6 minute pace feels pretty dang hard.
