Had to back out of workout before finished because back tightened up. But otherwise this felt pretty good.

into 4*300m ~62-63", 1' rest
into mile in 5:51
Had planned another mile then capping it off with 4*200m. Sure I would have been fine on this. Outside on the track probably also would have felt much better.
