Wow, I did not know a 900m workout could be so hard. Goal was to do six 150s at just a touch under all-out. There was some wind on some of them and those reps were probably a half second slower, but overall it didn't hurt me much.
Overall average 23.8. So only a 31.7 200m if I extended it out...

Set 1: 24.4, 23.3, 24.8
Set 2: 23.1, 23.0, 24.2
