Notes

ran it kinda fast most of the time, don't really care tho cuz it felt easy and stayed smooth. never was increasing in speed, just felt good today. first run in the zoom fly SPs def noticed the carbon plate in them. (in a good way of course) spiked up for the 150s to really shred through them. kinda made up for the feeling of holding back that I felt through the main part of the workout
