2 mile warmup 7:00 pace
workout was between 5:58 to 6:28 for the on parts
2 mile cooldown at 7:00 pace felt good the whole time body wise. surprised that I even finished the workout I've never done a workout that long. was def huffing and puffing during the second half. right knee started hurting after coach kneaded it with his thumb for a few minutes but it didn't help much honestly. otherwise a good day
