First race done - woohoo!
wow, was that a lot of people....
ran first k or so with Clint, then on my own till the end, spent most of the race trying not to run over people..
sightings....
- 2 men down along the way, flipped shoes, heron in Stanley park...
- dude walking his bike across the road on 4th...dumbass
learnings...
start more agressively - don't be afraid to run a faster 1st mile.
run harder way too much left in the tank at the end
