Ran easy to relieve stress on my left knee. Bell meade blvd is a little bit rolling, mainly 4-5% slope but no where close to the hill on Percy Warner Park.
Again, running with Shawn from mile 4, I have to slow down to allow him to catch up. speed up a little bit for the last mile.
I can feel my left knee a little bit at mile 10 but did not bother me too much. overall a good sign. Next week I am still skipping hills.
