North wind picked up after app gap. Road w/ Tim to Bristol. Did have a problem w/ front fork that caused a 10 minute break to fix. Felt pretty good the whole way up App Gap, pushing 36 x 24 all the way except for half of the last stretch. I'm not sure it was all that much easier using 36 x 27. Definitely use the 25-11 cassette next week and at Zofingen. Rode all the way down to Mad River before turning around.
Final 4k to App Gap ~ 18:15.
Quads felt fine, and right knee was well behaved.
