couldn't find heart rate monitor
decided against fartleks but two snarling dogs changed our mind just after the tunraround at 26th st. Only 2 fartlek intervals
finished up by running on the sand to the beach, soaking feet in ocean and running back
feet are tender. also cut my toe...no biggie.
