I was visiting my brother and family for the weekend. This run felt good all around. It was beautiful weather and the park is beautiful. I circled the pond there a couple of times afraid I would get lost. I did however get stung by a bee on my ankle while running. I screamed, it startled me and caught a lot of attention and then felt stupid. I decided to pick up a bit on the end just because. I think I may try out some short speed work this week.
