Notes
After the first mile things kind of loosened up and I felt OK, not great but its been worse. I am really sore now that it is all said and done but I don't think it was the running, I think it was the bike. I have spent plenty of time on the foam roller this evening and lots of ice and hope tomorrow I feel okay.
Last .25 mile I had to see if I still had something, it was nice to push just a tiny bit. Hell, if I can't run fast I don't want to fucking do it at all.
