1.5 mile warm up and then thought I should do a bit of speed work. These runs are so short I feel I should do something with it and I need to learn to run fast off the bike anyway. So I had time to get 3 x 800 in. Again better than nothing. My everything feels a mess today. I notice my hip when I run a lot back to back and well its not a lot to most but for me the 3 days in row was a lot. No running tomorrow so hopefully everything relaxes. As far as the intervals, hip issue aside, I felt good and could have done a few more I think.
