Kept mileage a little lower this week and not as many hills but legs are just really beat up I guess from cumulative fatigue. Wanted to do 15 miles today with last 6K at marathon pace. Got off to a really slow start and just had no pop in my legs. Even though the hills this week weren't crazy the efforts were pretty hard. Cadence today was pretty high and stride length pretty low. Nevertheless I was able to get my legs turning over and finish the last 6K at 4:12.9 pace without killing myself. Took a GU at 17.5K. Conditions much better than yesterday with practically no sun. It was quite stuffy though.
