Notes

Hip wasn't feeling the greatest this morning. Took a 45 minute spin class in the midst of a 1:15:00 ride. Had the crappiest bike ever, bike 10, averaging only 140 watts and 93 rpm despite a hard sustained effort. Walked on the treadmill for about 20 minutes after getting up to 7.5% incline and 3.5 mph. Definitely felt better than last time I walked on the treadmill although could feel tightness in my hip throughout. Walking around after it didn't feel so bad though.
