Hip never seems to be feeling the greatest when I wake up in the morning but it gets better as it warms up. Decided to try rack pulls again and although better than last time my hip still felt quite sore and unstable after each set (weight was heavier this time too though). It did settle down quite fast however so recovery is going better. Tried 30 minutes on elliptical after with no discomfort, working my way up to 8/8 for 5 minutes. Ended up doing 2.92 miles in 30 minutes
