Notes

Ran the first 11km with L on the Niagara Recreational Trail, got a bit lost coming back to the inn. Then went out on my own for a faster 6.5km on the Heritage Trail and concession road 1. Went shirtless, air slightly moist, bit of wind but otherwise great condtions, especially cool along Heritage Trail. Feet didn't feel too bad this morning despite not wearing boot in the night. Muscles felt good afterwards despite limited stretching and no icing. There was some left hamstring tightness towards end of run. I think hopping on the bike after breakfast (huge breakfast at Bonnie's Victorian B&B, 3 egg omelette, toast, raisin bran, fruit bowl, yogurt, croissant, orange juice and coffee) helped. Didn't bother with HRM and foot pod still not reading properly. Need to fix this when I get home.
