Run home from gym, right calf tight, achilles feeling a bit better running but still aching terribly when I got home.
Dew Point: 15
Gym workout was pretty crappy, focused on upper body:
Bench Press - 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x3x155, 1x10x135
Wide Grip Pull-Ups - 3x5x20
Face Pulls - 3x10x35
Dips - 1x8x30, 1x6x40, 1x5x40, 1x4x40
Some ab work
