Started with overhead press, went ok. Did some work for my legs, feel like I'm getting stronger but wanted to take a day off running and see how my knee reacts. Tried partial range single leg leg extensions and it wasn't bad, not too much stress on my knees, right quad was noticeably weaker. Woke up this morning with a lot of discomfort in right glute/hip area, not sure why. Really hurts after sitting for a while, will need to see how running goes tomorrow.
Overhead Press - 1x8x65, 2x8x85, 1x7x85
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 1x6, 3x6x25
Lat Pressdowns + Cable Rows - 3 sets
Reverse Lunges + Glute Kickbacks + leg extensions
