Run attempt on treadmill after leg workout, goal was to do 30 minutes continuous. Kept it at 0% incline and started off real easy at 5.5 for a couple of minutes. Finished the last 10 minutes at 6.6-7.0. This was definitely the best hip has elt running. Some achiness especially in beginning but at parts I didn't even feel it. Sore after as expected but hopefully it will recover ok.
