Did back squats for first time since injury. Went pretty good, knees were fine despite not wearing lifting shoes nor knee sleeves.
Squats - 1x12x45, 1x12x65, 1x8x85, 2x8x95
Walking Lunges - 3x12x30 ln dbs
Split Squats - as above
Glute Ham Raises + Single Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks - 3 sets
