Notes

Bench Press - 3x5x165 (surprised I nailed this, paused after 3rd and 4th reps in last 2 sets, felt very hard)

Pull-Ups - 3x6x30, 1x5x30

Tricep Dumbbell Extension over head - 1x12x40, 2x8x50

Leg Raises - 1x8, 2x6 (did these with triceps)

Split Squats - 3x6x40 (2 20lb dbs) - felt hard, some strain in left groin but didn't progress

Did 40 minutes of elliptical after running at 7/5, 188 cadence, 3.86 miles, heart rate in low 150's
