Notes

Groin was feeling pretty good this morning but then felt weak just before I got on treadmill. Wasn't a problem once I got going, quickly upped the speed to mid 6's and then slowly increased to 7.5. Then moved to 8.0 for about 5 minutes and then increased to 8.5 where I did a couple of minutes before coming back down. Aerobically I felt good, heart rate was in low 160's at 7.5 and I didn't feel out of breath at 8.5. Groin did start feeling tight as I increased turnover to keep pace. Didn't feel too bad walking around after but definitely somewhat sore, will need to reassess tomorrow.
