Notes
Did this run after a workout upstairs. Calves were sore this morning but didn't feel too bad on run, only soleus and achilles hurting.
Workout went ok, didn't go heavy with squats but worked on depth, push presses may have been my strongest ever although left shoulder still hurts.
Squats - 1x8x85, 1x5x105, 1x5x125, 2x5x135
Push Press - 1x8x65, 1x8x85, 1x8x95
Dips - 1x8x25, 2x6x50
Plus worked on shrimp squats
