Run to M's gym, some calf tightness in first couple of K's but then it seemed to dissipate, felt some tightness and small run home and when stretching afterwards. Did 15 minutes on elliptical and 20 minutes on bike, keeping heart rate in 160-165 range, body is starting to get used to this equipment although quads and knees were a bit sore and hips felt a little off today. Will probably continue taking it easy building up mileage with intent on stopping at the first sign of calf pain. Felt quite hot out today with the sun, heart rate elevated last couple of days even though the running has felt pretty relaxed.
