Actually felt quite hot today. Yesterday I did 20 minutes on elliptical and 20 minutes on bike, calf continued to improve so I decided to test it out for about 5k today. Calf was tight but never really painful, feels ok after. Ran to M's and did some leg press + extensions + 15 minutes on elliptical. Really trying to keep up with the cross training while I allow my calf to heal. Right arch spasming a bit after but I think it's ok. Not sure what the plan is for next week but I should take it easy, gradually increasing the mileage so long as the calf continues to improve, nothing too intense.
