Treadmill run at gym, shin just below knee was really hurting immediately after, not sure if it likes the treadmill. Did a workout after run consisting of:
Push Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 2x5x95 (wanted to start with this while I was fresh, 95 was very hard, still don't feel like I'm progressing with it)
Deadlift - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 2x5x135 (last set was tough but no real pain, L said my back was rounding and I could feel lack of core tightness towards end of sets)
Chin-Ups - 1x8x15, 2x6x15
Close Grip Bench - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x8x135 (surprised how easy 135 felt so pumped out a few extra reps)
Dips - 2x6x50, 1x4x50 (hard after close grip bench)
