Notes
Probably the coldest weather I've gone out running in, was freezing by the time I got home. Luckily the sun was out and the wind was from the north and not terribly strong. Cherry Beach was good with hard packed snow on top of the ice and some clear spots. Worried about my left shin as it was aching yesterday but it held up during run. Left arch quite sore after for some reason.
