Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill run at gym, decided to do a progression to decrease the boredom. Took water and bathroom break at 58 minutes after I had worked my way up to 8.0. Came back and ran 32 minutes starting at 8.0 and finishing with about 4 minutes at 8.8 and 3 minutes at 9.5 before cooldown. All at 0.5% incline. Left knee area was a little wonky to start but fine by the end and after. Both hips/glutes quite sore after especially left side, probably related to heavy squats yesterday. Gym was hotter than I would have liked and legs were heavy. Left ankle has also been pretty wonky the last couple of days.
