Notes
Very easy 0.5% incline run at gym, still feeling tired from yesterday's run. Started off with some tightness around left knee but felt better towards end. Did a small workout after:
Front Squats - 1x5x75, 3x5x95 (felt pretty good, got good depth)
Leg Raises - 3x6 (did these in between squat sets)
Wide Pull-Ups - 3x8
Pallof Press - 3x10x27.5 (did these mixed in with pull-ups)
Bench Press Ladder - 115lbs up to 7 w/10 second rest (got to 7 but then could only manage 3 reps and basically took 20 second rests and split up sets to get down, totally fucked after hitting 7)
Narrow Dips - 3x6 w/30 lb dumbbell
Walking Lunges - 2x8x30
