Did 30 minutes of elliptical before bike, heart rate in mid 140's, 187 cadence, 2.89 miles at 7/5 running, pleased with effort.
Followed elliptical with 45 minute spin class + 15 minutes easy. Had bike 2nd from corner, thinking of changing it as watts were crazy low today. Put in a solid tempo like effort, spending a lot of time at 6:00 with 93+ rpm and reading was barely in 230 range. Finished averaging 211 watts, 22.3 mph, and 95 rpm. All warm up and cool down was done at 4:30, around 95-96 rpm and watt reading would be mid 150's.
Groin not feeling much better today but not worse either, don't know if elliptical and bike are stalling progress, will re-evaluate on the weekend.
