Notes
Bench Press - 3x5x160 (felt like giving up after first set but pushed through, paused after 4th rep in 2nd and 3rd sets, surprised I was able to do it)
Pull-Ups - Wide grip, 1x10, 3x8
Side Squats - 1x6x20, 1x6x40, 1x6x50 (did these with pull-ups, groin felt ok)
Face Pulls - 3x12x35
Dips - On ab bench, 1x8x45, 1x8x35, 1x8x25 (did these with face pulls, upper body was exhausted)
Did 40 minutes on elliptical after, 3.66 miles, first 30 minutes at 6/4 running and last 10 minutes at 7/5 running. Balance getting better and motion more fluid, heart rate seemed to be in low 140's for most.
Groin was a little sore after, still not quite right. Went to see Kim after and she rotated my pelvis back, will see if it makes a difference
