Notes
Took a day off running as soleus/achilles was quite tight, also have some shin pain and a bit of plantar tightness in the morning. Went to gym and did:
Deadlift - 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x175, 1x5x195 (off the blue squares so a little easier)
Bench Press - 1x15x135, 1x17x115, 1x18x95 (very happy with effort as goal was to max out reps)
Overhead Lunges - 3x6x40 (shoulder mobility improving)
Dips - 3x5 w/knees tucked + some explosive dips
Did 3x500m w/lots of rest on concept2 rower after. Legs felt like jelly by the end.
Times were: 1:59.6 (26 sf), 1L54.8 (28 sf), 1:51.9 (33 sf)
