Notes

4x2k w/1:00 rest. Calf continues to improve although soleus/achilles are feeling really tight. Tried to run easy and controlled, didn't look at watch until after, surprised at the brisk pace although heart rate was in high 160's.

Been working on calisthenics upstairs for the last week, lots of ab work, pull ups, and progression exercises for muscle ups and front levers. Will continue working on these. Also did some light deep squats yesterday, up to 95 lbs, calf was ok.
