Disappointed with bench press, tried for a 7th rep at 170 and came really close but just couldn't lock out. It is possible my pauses were longer than last cycle. Squats were ok, right knee hurt a bit though. Paused for 5 seconds at 135 (2nd set), 4 at 145, 3 at 155, 2 at 165, and 1 at 175. Form really started breaking down at 165.
