Notes

Wasn't looking forward to today as knees are still achy but training session went ok, knees a little sore after but not too bad. Deadlifts were a little weak as I was totally spent from squats, had trouble setting up and keeping back straight, also need to work on not bending elbows at top. Squats felt pretty strong although I felt form was falling apart at 175. The AMRAP set was tough and maybe I cheated depth a slight bit but went better than expected. I'm wondering if I revert back to some old habits also to get out of the hole such as leaning forward.
