Notes

Saw Kim before workout, need to break down scar tissue as there is inflammation around ischial tuberosity. Decided to repeat last cycle's overhead press rather than increasing weight. Shoulders aren't feeling the greatest like there is something lodged in them. But pushed through and was able to get 6 reps at 105, failed the 7th. Felt like I was getting more leg drive in last set. Bench Press went good, again no pausing during sets.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 1x5x85, 1x5x95, 1x6x105

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 3x8x160

1 arm kettlebell press - 3x8x16kg

Front Raises - 3x8x25

Rear Delt cables + face pulls
