Notes

Right knee bugging me and left hamstring not doing so great after workout. Didn't have much energy today, didn't feel weak but more like CNS was just fried. Deadlifts looked good but kept them light. Front squats went surprisingly well. Back squats felt great up to 135 but then just didn't have it at 155.

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 4x6x25
