Notes

First run since the race but I tried to stay active this week by going to the gym 4 days:

Wednesday: 30 minutes bike, back, biceps

Thursday: 40 minutes elliptical, lunges, step-ups, single leg deadlifts, calf raises

Friday: 45 minutes bike, chest, triceps

Saturday: 30 minutes elliptical, shoulders

Leg day Thursday took a lot out of me as adductors, hamstrings were still sore today. Also twisted my mid-back yesterday, feeling a bit better today. Still stuffy but cold is mostly over.

Left arch only appeared to be getting worse over the last week so I started sleeping a bit with the boot on it. Yesterday was a bit better and today's run wasn't so bad. It hurt for the first couple of kms but then eased up and wasn't feeling so bad immediately after. Right hamstring was a little tight early on and left adductor a little sore after. Both achilles/soleuses started aching about halfway through and continue to be sore after. Didn't feel anything in right shin. Right foot continues to improve although still in a somewhat fragile state. Aerobically it took me about 15 minutes to start feeling comfortable.
