Notes

Went to gym last night and did a full body workout, benched 8x135, 3x145, 19x105, did some leg presses and front squats. Legs felt much better today although there was some right calf tightness that came on towards end of run. Left arch hurt in first km before easing up, slightly better than last run so I feel I am making progress. Legs did feel sore after, surprised how much they shut down after just 6 days off. Right ankle is feeling a bit tight too, need to keep an eye on that.
