Run after the bike, groin not feeling too hot this morning but felt basically no pain nor discomfort during run. It does hurt after, especially walking and squeezing legs together. Should see Rosti this week.

Ran on treadmill downstairs, did something like 1minute at 5.0,5.2,5.4,5.6,5.8 and then 1 minute at 6.0, 6.1 . . . 6.9, followed by about 3 minutes at 7.0,7.1,7.2,7.3,7.4,7.5 before coming down gradually finishing at 6.0. Got really tired towards peak even though heart rate was maybe only in mid 160's and felt my groin starting to bug me a bit when coming back down.
