Notes

Tougher workout, didn't do bench because L didn't come with me.

Single Leg Deadlifts - 1x8x30, 2x8x50 (felt ok)

Side Squats - 1x6x30, 2x6x50 (hard but felt ok, left hamstring feeling quite tight)

Walking Lunges - 1x8x10, 1x6x60, 1x6x50 (with barbell, balance good, some discomfort in groin but not too bad)

Push Press - 1x6x65, 1x6x85, 2x5x95 (good hip drive, strongest I have felt with this)

Rows - 1x8x100, 2x8x120, 1x8x100 (120 was too tough)

Leg Raises - 3x8 (did these with rows)

Dips - 3x8x35 (had to push through this)

Did 30 minutes of elliptical after at 7/5 running, 2.82 miles and 182 cadence, heart rate in mid 140's, was going to do 45 minutes but legs felt pretty dead, no discomfort in groin while on elliptical and was feeling ok after.
